WBCQ FM 94.7, starting broadcasting in September of 2008. Serving Northern Maine and Western New Brunswick, it feature’s Northern Maine’s only CLASSIC COUNTRY format. Featuring the names you know and love, like Willie Nelson,George Jones, Merle Haggard, Loretta Lynn, Barbara Mandrell, and Johnny Cash. You’ll also hear some “future classics” like Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks and George Strait. The station has been very popular with our listeners.

Add some specially selected legendary hits from the 1960′s, and, because we recognize that it doesn’t have to be “old” to be ‘Classic”, we sprinkle in some future classics by today’s best contemporary country artists.
